  9. The BBS Legal Guide is a complete self-help system for BBS Sysops and 
  10. BBS Software / Utilities Developers. The Program contains:

  12.     * Menu-driven legal Forms pertinent to Sysops and Developers
  13.     * An annotated library of Statutes and tutorials
  14.     * On-Line Help, Glossary, and NotePad
  15.     * DOS Shell
  16.     * BBS Bulletins and Screens.

  18. All in an easy-to-use interface! The Development Team for the BBS Legal 
  19. Guide includes professional Sysops, attorneys specializing in copyright, 
  20. computer, and telecommunications issues, & professional software engineers.

  22. A unique benefit of Registration is the Monthly Update Subscription. The 
  23. monthly Updates will provide additional legal Forms, BBS Screens, new or 
  24. changed Statutes, and tutorials. Hot News and the truth behind rumors and 
  25. pending legislation will be presented. Registered User input is the most 
  26. important factor in determining topics for Updates!

  28. BBS Legal Guide is available in 3 Levels of Registration, to accommodate 
  29. all budgets:

  31. 1.  BASIC REGISTRATION. Reg. $35.00 - Your Sysop Members: 20% discount.
  32.     Basic Registrants need to acquire a copy of the Base Program 
  33.         (available as BBSLAW01.ZIP or BBSLAW02.ZIP on On-Line services, 
  34.         thousands of BBSs, or on Attention to Details BBS). Basic Level 
  35.         Registrants receive:
  36.  
  37.     a.  A special "unlock" file, which suppresses all Shareware 
  38.             reminders and "brands" the User's Name in the Program (this 
  39.             must be downloaded from our Support System).
  40.  
  41.     b.  The Passwords necessary to unscramble Updates (Updates must be 
  42.         downloaded from any Support BBS).
  43.  
  44.     c.  BBS Support via our Support BBSs, and GENIE.
  45.  
  46.     d.  Use of any Upgrade Versions of the Main Program that are issued 
  47.         during your Subscription period (Upgrades will be posted  
  48.             on BBSs nation-wide, as well as CIS, GENIE, and our Support
  49.             BBSs).

  51.     Basic Level Registrants are encouraged to contact us via our Support
  52.      BBSs or GENIE to suggest specific Statutes, tutorials, Forms, and 
  53.         Topics for the monthly Updates.

  55.     At the conclusion of one year, your Basic Level Subscription may be
  56.         renewed. Renewal entitles the Basic Level Registrant to download and
  57.      use any Upgraded Versions of the Main Program, as well as the regular
  58.         monthly Updates, for the next 12 months. Additional years, normally
  59.         $20.00 for the Basic Level, will also be discounted 20% for your 
  60.         Sysop Members.

  64. 2.  REGULAR REGISTRATION. Reg. $69.00 - Your Sysop Members: 20% Disc.
  65.     All the Benefits of Basic Level Registration, PLUS the following 
  66.         services:

  68.         a.  The Main Program, with all previous Updates, will be 
  69.                     mailed to the Regular Level Registrant, together with a 
  70.                     printed Manual. Your Program diskette will be "branded"
  71.                     with your Name, and include the Passwords necessary to 
  72.                     unscramble the next twelve monthly Updates.

  74.         b.  Any upgraded versions of the Main Program or Manual issues 
  75.             during your Subscription will be mailed to you - First 
  76.                     Class.

  78.         c.  Monthly Updates must be downloaded from a Support BBS. In 
  79.             addition to BBS Support, the Regular Level Registrant will 
  80.             receive Voice Support.

  82.     Subscriptions for an additional 12 months normally cost the Regular 
  83.         Level Registrant $35.00 - your Sysop Members will receive 20% discount.
